Yoga Classes
One of the most ancient forms of exercise, Yoga is a gentle practice employing precision exercises, breathing & relaxation as a means of enhancing the union of the mind & body. Benefits include toning muscles, increases flexibility, stimulating the nervous system and helping to correct postural imbalances.
HIIT Sessions
HIIT (high intensity interval training) sessions are great for anyone looking for a challenging workout. During any HIIT class you will perform a variety of different exercises to work lots of muscle groups, alternating between spurts of intense work and periods of rest.
Spin Classes
Get your heart rate rising and boost your endurance by taking part in our specialist cardio classes. From a great range of cycling classes, to specialist sessions such as Cardio Blast and even Cardio Tennis, there's plenty to choose from to set your pulse racing.
Personal Training
Personal training sessions are a great way to learn new skills and techniques whilst also getting that extra push to go further in your training. Each of our health clubs offers a wide range of qualified personal trainers on-site for our members. If you are just starting out with an exercise programme or you aren't seeing results with your current routine, a personal trainer might be able to help!

From university I have had 5 years working in the field of health and fitness, from working with bristol FC as a sports therapist to helping many people reach their fitness goals as a personal trainer
I specialise in sports injury management, rehabilitation, muscle tone and fat loss, but can help you with any avenue you wish to take and I will give you all the guidance you require to succeed.

In college I studied both sports science and performing arts. When completed my college studies I initially decided to pursue a career in Musical theatre and continued to study at urdang Academy in London to further my development in musical theatre and dance.
I have 10 years experience in fitness and well being and I like to help people not just physically but also overcoming any mental blocks they have in regards to achieving their goals.

I have background in crossfit, mixed martial arts and am up to a level 3 personal trainer qualified
I am enthusiastic, highly motivated and understand the importance of assessing clients as individuals and focusing on their personal requirements when designing tailor-made fitness and health programmes.
I belive that training should be results driven and I want all my clients to achieve their goals.
Bruce Wayne
With a long history of sports and fitness I have gained a wealth of experience from 1 to 1 personal training to group exercises to nutrition and supplementation. I played football and rugby for many years and learned how to discipline myself during my amateur boxing days where I competed for numerous years.
I have always had a passion for fitness and 3 years I decided to take this to another level by completing my level 3 personal training qualification and making it not only my passion but my job.
